Finance Director — Strategic Leader (32‑Hour Week)

APANO Action Fund is seeking a Director of Finance to lead fiscal management, accounting, and risk. The role is a 32-hour-per-week, full-time position joining a senior team focused on advancing Asian and Asian American communities in Oregon and beyond.

The Director will manage financial records, coordinate audits and 990 filings, oversee revenue processes and payroll, and drive budgeting and forecasting in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
