Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start your career in childcare? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Unqualified Nursery Assistants willing to join our team. No childcare qualification isrequired,however you must be willing to work towards a recognised childcare qualification while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in an earlyyearssetting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the nursery team in providing high‑quality care and education for children.
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Support children’s learning and development through play and planned activities.
- Assistwith daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and sleep routines.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Promote children’s wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
- Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the nursery.
- Follow all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
- Participate in training and work towards a recognised childcare qualification.
