Independent Living Support Specialist

LiveWest is recruiting a Support Worker for our New Start service in Truro. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week across a rolling 4-week rota, Monday to Sunday 8am–9pm, includes bank holidays and weekends.

You will work lone, yet as part of a supportive team, helping individuals live independently and safely in the community. We value collaboration, person-centred support, good record keeping and flexible, resilient team players who can thrive under pressure.
