Out-of-Hours Concierge & Community Safety Lead

The Housing Network is recruiting an Out of Hours Concierge to work part-time at our Aylesbury service. You will support residents, reinforce safety policies and respond to incidents during night and weekend hours.

Reporting to the Concierge Manager and Supported Housing Manager, you will monitor building safety, assist with security, and help maintain calm, safe accommodations for vulnerable individuals and families. You will document concerns and follow escalation procedures as needed.
