Guest Services Specialist — 20h/week, Permanent, Nottingham

Premier Inn Nottingham West is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent basis. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

This role is 20 hours per week with a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour. Shifts include evenings and weekends, and no two days are the same. No hotel experience required—friendly, customer-focused people will learn the rest with full training.
