KS1 Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 Impact (Full-Time)

GSL Education – Chelmsford are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant at a Brentwood primary school to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional needs.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help the child access learning, follow routines, and build confidence in a supportive, inclusive environment. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, with ongoing support from GSL Education.
