Lead Sous Chef – High-Volume Campus Kitchen

Bradfield College is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in day-to-day management of its catering operations. You will help lead and develop the kitchen team, maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and health and safety, and contribute to menu planning, food production, stock control, cost management and waste reduction.
