Haringey Council is seeking an experienced Feedback and Resolutions Team Leader to lead a busy team handling complaints, customer feedback, Member Enquiries, FOI requests and Ombudsman enquiries. You will drive high-quality outcomes, improve service delivery and ensure timely resolution for residents across the borough.
You will provide day-to-day leadership, embed learning from feedback and work closely with colleagues to strengthen complaint handling and accountability across services.
