AGH Solutions Ltd is seeking an Estates Maintenance Worker Specialist (Electrical) to join our AGH solutions team at Airedale. The role covers highly complex maintenance tasks, fault diagnosis, repairs, service and inspections of building electrical, mechanical, gas equipment.
You will supervise Estates Assistants, ensure repairs and planned maintenance meet KPI standards, provide training to staff and contractors on health and safety, and act as a competent person in key areas.
