This is not a turnaround. The business is profitable, the infrastructure is strong and the technical capability is already in place. What is needed now is commercial leadership to drive growth and take the business into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business day to day with full P&L accountability
• Set and deliver the commercial strategy across existing and new markets
• Win new business and develop strategic partnerships
• Drive diversification into new product areas
• Lead an established senior team across operations, technical and finance
• Own pricing, margin and forecasting
• Represent the business with key customers, suppliers and partners

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record at Managing Director, Commercial Director, Sales Director or General Manager level
• Strong commercial and business development background
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, chemicals, personal care or a similar product-led environment
• Demonstrable new business wins and entry into new markets
• Financial acumen across margin, pricing and investment appraisal
• Hands-on, visible leadership style
