Mobile Cook Manager , you won’t just run a kitchen – you’ll be hands on leading the team, shaping the culture and setting the standard for quality and service that your school will depend on every day.Lets talk about the role of a Mobile Cook Manager:Flexible to travel to primary & secondary schools to provide support services as requiredLead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operationsPrepare, and deliver fresh, nutritious mealsOversee stock control, ordering, and budget managementEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulationsMonitor food quality, presentation, and portion controlManage allergen awareness and cater for special dietary requirementsBuild positive relationships with staff, students, and the wider school communityMaintain accurate records (e.g. HACCP, temperature checks, audits)Inspiring and developing your team, creating an environment where people grow and thriveAbout the Ideal Mobile Cook Manager:Committed to safeguarding children and young peopleFood Hygiene Level 2 certificate (required)NVQ Level 2/3 is highly desirablePassionate about delivering fresh, nutritious mealsAn experienced leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing teamWell-organised, with strong planning and time management skillsConfident managing budgets, stock, and kitchen operationsKnowledgeable in food safety, allergens, and school food standardsCommitted to maintaining high standards of hygiene and complianceProactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDedicated to providing an excellent dining experience every dayEssential Vehicle Requirements:Full valid driving licenceBusiness insuranceValid MOT and road taxAccess to your own vehicleWhy join us?Joining Bonus:
