Lead Engineer – AI/ML Architect & Tech Leader (CTO Path)

Jumpstart is seeking a Lead Engineer to own the technical direction of our platform. This role requires strategic ownership, hands-on delivery, and the ability to make big technical calls with confidence.

You’ll be the technical decision-maker, build critical AI-powered features, and guide a small engineering team alongside the founders. A path to Head of Engineering / CTO may exist for the right person.
