Founding Research Engineer: AI for Public Policy (Equity)

Prior Foundry in London and New York seeks a Founding Research Engineer to bridge research and production, leading benchmarking, agents, and end-to-end AI/ML work. You will own the stack from model selection to deployment and continuous improvement, with significant equity upside in a scaling research-led company.

You will work across the global team, travel between Paris, London, and NYC, and apply econometrics and causal inference to policy problems in social science and public policy.
