Family Engagement Specialist – Prison Health & Family Support

Pact (the Prison Advice & Care Trust) is recruiting a Family Engagement Worker to support prisoners and their families within HMP Bristol. The role delivers family-focused casework in custody, coordinating with healthcare services and other agencies to help prisoners stay connected with relatives and address health needs.

You will work in a multi-agency environment, advocating for families’ rights and developing referral pathways.
