Head of Commercial Growth – Digital Insurance Platform

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a commercially sharp, digitally minded Head of Commercial to lead growth across Tilt, our digital-first UK personal lines and SME insurance broker. You will set and execute Tilt’s commercial strategy, shape trading with insurers and partners, and drive data-led decisions while ensuring FCA/GDPR governance.

This senior role requires strong leadership, ownership and the ability to scale within Howden’s global platform.
