Policy & Strategy Director — 12‑Month Hybrid Leader

Isle of Man Government is seeking a high-profile leader to shape the Island’s economic future as Director of Policy and Strategy for the Department for Enterprise. You will steer economic strategy, supervise multi-sector policy and advise Ministers, influencing decisions at the highest level.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Deputy to the Chief Officer, you’ll lead senior teams, manage change and deliver meaningful outcomes for economic growth, tourism and inward investment.
