Community OT Development Post – Band 5 (Growth to Band 6)

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Occupational Therapist Development Post to join the Neighbourhood Therapy Team in Leeds. You will assess adults, plan rehabilitation, and deliver interventions to support independence at home and in the community.

The role offers supervision, progression to Band 6 OT, and exposure to multidisciplinary care. Working hours are between 8am and 6pm across a 7-day service, with flexible working to support staff wellbeing.
