Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (Part-Time, 22.5h)

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities in daily living activities, including personal care, shopping, cooking and laundry. You will assess needs, monitor care plans and maintain accurate records within a friendly team.

The role includes training, induction, and a rolling 2-week rota with alternate weekends. English fluency is required and an enhanced DBS check will be processed.
