The role you will play:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will:
- Source and interview high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with clients and win new business
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Become an expert within your specialist market
