Customer Service Specialist – Part Time, Office Based

Biffa is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Aylesbury office. This permanent, part-time role runs 9.30am–2.30pm with shifts on weekdays and Saturdays on a rota.

You’ll join a friendly contact centre team, assisting customers and delivering clear resolutions while upholding high service standards. Ideal candidates are passionate about customer care, possess strong communication skills and attention to detail, and can stay composed under pressure.
