Emergency Call Handler — 24/7 Role with Full Training

Blue Arrow in Bangor is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent contract. You will work 25 hours per week at pay rates from £13.97 to £32.55 per hour, with start date 07/09/2026. Training is extensive, four weeks full-time with attendance required.

You’ll support emergency calls (999/112) and Relay UK, handling high-pressure situations with empathy, and direct callers to the right service. Opportunities for career progression are offered.
