Backstage Retail Operations & Stock Specialist

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and backstage store operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse, ensuring shop floors are full, clean and ready for customers.

The role is physically demanding, fast-paced and requires flexibility across the wider store, with shifts Thu-Fri-Sat 15:00-22:00. You’ll use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and work as part of a team across functions.
