24/7 Out-of-Hours Customer Support Advisor

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Greenham office. This on-site role operates in a 24/7 alarm response centre, handling housing, repairs and complaints with a focus on resolution. A full UK driving licence and transport are essential due to shift times.
