Climbing Gym Crew Member – Free Climbs & Flexible Hours

The Climbing Hangar Edinburgh is seeking a friendly crew member to help climbers, coach, and run barista duties. This permanent role offers 30 hours per week with daytimes, evenings and weekends.

You’ll join a welcoming team, receive training, and enjoy unlimited free climbs for you and a buddy, 28 days holiday pro-rata, and staff discounts on cafe food and drinks. We also offer coffee-making opportunities and career development.
