External Timber Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and personable Timber Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and confidently present the features and benefits of our products
• Work closely with the wider sales team
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales representative role
• Strong new business development skills
• Knowledge of the hardwood and clear softwoods market is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK, with occasional overseas trips
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
• Highly organised, with strong planning and time-management skills
• A full, valid driving licence
