External Works Specialist – Home Repairs & Fencing

Saxon Weald is seeking an External Works Operative to join our HomeFix team. The role focuses on a wide range of external repairs and maintenance to keep homes safe and well maintained. You’ll work both independently and with a team, recording work on a handheld tablet and upholding safe practices at all times.

You’ll perform tasks across fencing, brickwork, groundworks, roofing and guttering. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are required, and the role offers a stable, customer‑facing
