What you will do:
- Manage and deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to individual needs
- Provide structured one-to-one support and facilitate group programmes designed to empower and inspire change
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk and safeguarding evaluationsEstablish strong partnership working skills through collaboration with external agencies and local partners
- Balance working autonomously with being a proactive member of a small, collaborative team
- Communicate effectively, motivating and inspiring service users to embrace and sustain change
Required Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions
- Proficiency in managing caseloads with one-to-one and group programme support
- Competence in conducting essential assessments including risk and safeguarding
- Strong partnership and team working abilities
- Confident working independently and maintaining clear communication upskilling motivation
