Water Blasting Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing Training

Pertemps Worcester is hiring a Water Blasting Operative in Worcester (Blackpole). The role pays £12.71/hour with Monday-Thursday 07:45-16:30 and Friday 07:30-13:30.

The position is full-time, with a 12-week temporary-to-permanent path subject to attendance and performance. Work involves using high-pressure water blasting equipment to remove residual wax from moulds, preparing them for the investment casting process in a hands-on aerospace manufacturing setting.
