Warehouse Operative (Temporary to Permanent Opportunity)

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire (OX9)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Duration: Initial 2-week assignment with potential for a permanent position

Start Date: Immediate start available

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team in Thame.

This role will initially focus on processing returns and supporting warehouse operations, with an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking in returned goods accurately
• Processing and handling customer returns
• Picking, packing and dispatching orders
• Maintaining stock accuracy
• Assisting with general warehouse duties
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe

Candidate Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Energetic and proactive approach to work
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
