Strategic Asset Management Leader – Housing & Investment

Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a leading Greater Manchester housing provider for an Interim Head of Asset Management Investment. The role leads the asset and investment strategy, with accountability for a £25m annual capital programme and a £1bn stock portfolio.

You will work in partnership with political and senior executives, residents and contractors to develop Building Safety, Decent Homes, Zero Carbon initiatives within the 30-year HRA business plan.
