Youth Engagement & Education Support Advisor

Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is seeking an Engagement Worker to join the Targeted Support Team in Bath. The role provides practical and emotional support to young people facing barriers such as family difficulties and low-level mental health challenges, helping them engage with education, training or employment.

You will assess needs, develop tailored support plans, deliver one-to-one interventions and coordinate with families, schools and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
