Salary: £44,845 – £46,992 (Inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)

In this varied role, you will work closely with individuals, families and carers, always taking a person-centred, empathetic and adaptable approach. You will complete Care Act 2014 assessments, identify needs and manage both short-term and long-term cases. Your work will also include progressing safeguarding enquiries, supporting Court of Protection matters and working closely with health and multidisciplinary partners. Agility and professionalism are essential as you respond to changing needs with compassion and integrity.
You must be registered with Social Work England, understand the Care Act 2014 and take a positive, balanced approach to risk. Above all, you will be passionate about making a meaningful difference.
This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
