Job Description
We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager.
Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of workingout in the community along with experience of working clinically with complexcare clients?
You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeingcare plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, andultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.
Requirements
About you
- You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.
- Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
- Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
What’s on offer for the Nurse Manager?
- Our client will offer you a salary of £50,000 plus a company car on completion of the probation period
- 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, although some flexibility may be required due to the nature of healthcare.
