Production Team Manager: Lead Fast-Paced Ops & People

Myton Food Group is seeking a proactive Team Manager to oversee our production teams on a two-week rotating schedule. You will drive results through people, ensuring engagement, effective management and high productivity in a fast-changing environment.

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will monitor KPIs, set targets, and implement improvements while coaching and developing staff; maintaining welfare and attendance standards as you allocate daily tasks and brief shifts.
