DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join a well-established contractor working within the Social Housing sector across the Calligntonarea.

This is a permanent opportunity offering long term stability, a company van, fuel card, and the chance to work for a reputable business with a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of kitchens and bathrooms within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Carrying out all aspects of fitting work to a high standard.
• Basic multi-trade duties including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and finishing works.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
• Maintaining excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
• Experience working within Social Housing is advantageous.
• Competent in a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Package:

• 36,000 annual salary.
