Floating Support Worker — Multi-Site Homelessness Support

BRC Jobs is seeking a Floating Support Worker in the Southwest, covering Bristol and surrounding areas. The role involves providing practical and emotional support to people with complex needs across homelessness and related services, in a flexible, person-centred, trauma-informed manner.

You will travel regularly between services across the South West, building relationships and coordinating with housing providers and health professionals to ensure holistic support.
