The Opportunity Provider is hiring an Adult Care Trainer. You will support apprentices in care homes and online, tailoring learning plans and guiding them to build confidence and competence. Expect travel within your area, plus home-based work days for a balanced schedule.
Ideal candidates have care-management experience, Level 5 Adult Care, and strong organisational and tech skills. A driving licence and GCSEs in English and maths are required or in progress. DBS checks apply.
