Banking & Finance Lawyer, 3–6 PQE, £75,000–£92,000, Tier 1 international firm, Manchesternnn The Manchester banking and finance team of a Tier 1 international firm is hiring at 3–6 PQE. It's a nationally recognised, growing practice advising on financing structures across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.nnn The role has a particular focus on asset-based lending and receivables financing, alongside the wider range of finance work – leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate and real estate lending, structured lending and capital markets. The right candidate is someone who enjoys that kind of work and wants to build a specialism in it.nnn Clients range from UK clearing banks and financial institutions to independent and alternative lenders, debt funds, and corporate borrowers from listed businesses to high-growth SMEs.
