Remote Dynamics 365 Support Consultant (BC/CE)

Synergi Unifi is recruiting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join our team. The role involves first and second line support for existing Dynamics 365 solutions, primarily remote with occasional on-site handovers and visits on projects.

You will provide Teams-based support to clients, engage professionally, understand business processes, and escalate issues to project teams as needed while helping to upsell or support the sales engine.
