Job Description:
N-able in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive distributor and MSP partner relationships across EMEA, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
You’ll work with distributors, MSPs, Sales, and internal teams to ensure guidance, engagement, and support, enabling growth and retention in a hybrid role (3 days in Edinburgh, 2 days at home).
Native or fluent Italian and strong English communication are required; SaaS/partner ecosystem experience is a plus.
