Youth Engagement Navigator – Education & Wellbeing

Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Worker to join our Targeted Support Team in Bath. You will build relationships with young people facing barriers and coordinate tailored support.

This is a fixed-term contract until May 2027 with potential extension. You will work with families, schools and partner agencies to help young people access education, training or employment, while maintaining safeguarding and accurate records.
