Motor Claims First Response Advisor – Hybrid

QBE Insurance in Leeds is recruiting a Motor Claims First Response – Customer Advisor on a hybrid basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting motor incidents, log details, and guide them through the claims process with empathy and clarity.

No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided; strong organisation, communication, and data entry skills are valued. You will work with the Claims team to deliver timely updates and excellent service.
