Clinic Front Desk & Client Services Coordinator

Hopscotch Children’s Therapy Centre is seeking a capable Client Services & Reception Coordinator to support daily clinic operations in central London. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for families, keeping front-of-house, scheduling, and administration running smoothly.

This non-clinical role requires at least two years’ experience in reception or healthcare administration, with strong organisational and communication skills and comfort working in a busy clinical environment.
