Contract & Compliance Manager – Estates & Facilities

The University of Manchester invites applications for a Specialist Contracts – Contract Manager in the Directorate of Estates and Facilities. You will oversee specialist compliance and building services contracts across the estate, ensuring statutory compliance, performance and value for money.

You will develop performance frameworks, chair supplier meetings, and lead retendering activities, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant services across our campus.
