Night-Shift Air Freight Customer Care Specialist

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Air Logistics team. You will support the coordination of air freight shipments, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role operates on a rotating 4 on 4 off shift pattern (20:00 – 08:00). You will deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinate bookings, and ensure accurate documentation while building strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
