Field Operations Manager – 24/7 Waste & Utilities

Lanes Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee a team of multi-skilled waste network service engineers at the Millbrook Depot in Hampshire. The role requires leadership, on-call rota participation, and a commitment to safety while delivering 24/7 reactive and planned operations.

You will report to the Regional Manager for the Hampshire Region and drive performance, budget adherence, and client satisfaction across a busy, on-site environment.
