Head of Airport Retail Transformation

MAG (Airports Group) is recruiting a Head of Retail Transformation to lead the retail workstream within the London Stansted Transformation Programme, aligning the retail proposition with commercial strategy and long-term goals.

You will oversee delivery of a retail strategy supporting passenger growth from 30 million to over 43 million by FY34, creating 40 new units and expanding to 20,000sqm. Transition into Head of Retail post-programme to drive ongoing performance.
