Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team.
You will play a key role in ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The working hours are 14:00 – 23:00
Duties
– Operate a forklift truck safely and confidently– Unload inbound vehicles– Load pallets onto double decker trailers safely, securely and efficiently– Maximise trailer space while ensuring all loads remain safe and compliant– Position pallets correctly to optimise capacity– Maintain a clean and organised working area– Lock up the building at the end of the shift
Skills & Experience Required
– Previous forklift driving and loading experience with an FLT Counter Balance Licence– Experience loading double deck trailers– Ability to load efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards– Strong awareness of health and safety– Positive, can-do attitude– Willingness to learn– Ability to work independently and use initiative
