COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are working with a number of well-established precision engineering and aerospace manufacturers across the Bristol area who are looking to strengthen their machining teams with experienced CNC Machinists. These are permanent opportunities offering long-term stability, overtime and genuine career development.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for experienced CNC Turners, CNC Millers and CNC Grinders to join modern manufacturing environments producing high-precision components for the aerospace and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC Turning, Milling or Grinding machines.
- Manufacturing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections.
- Using measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers and gauges.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping.
- Programming experience is advantageous but not essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous CNC machining experience (Turning, Milling or Grinding).
- Ability to Set & Operate CNC machinery.
- Experience working within precision engineering or aerospace manufacturing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Programming knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
