Safeguarding Officer & LAC Support — Student Welfare Lead

Coventry College seeks a dedicated Safeguarding Officer to join the safeguarding team in Coventry. You will work alongside the DSL, safeguarding and wellbeing manager to provide frontline safeguarding and targeted support for learners at risk.

Emphasis on Looked After Children (LAC) and attendance improvement to reduce barriers to learning. The role requires Level 3 safeguarding and Level 2 English/Maths, with experience in education or youth work.
